CET was started by Victor H Ring. Victor has been teaching for 15 years and was an Electrician for 25 years before that.
Victor is a NEC® Consultant, Instructor, Author and Unlimited Electrical Contractor in five states, certified to teach electrical training in thirty one, with the title of Professional Master Electrician. Throughout the years, Victor has served in the U.S. Armed Forces and worked in the electrical industry for the length of his professional career in all facets of electricity to include installation, construction, controls and analysis of electrical systems, as well as performing electrical code instruction and interpretation.
In 1999, he established V.H. Ring Electrical Training where he opened a training center to teach NEC instruction and provided code analysis.
