Victor Ring of Franklin, NC, had been in the electrical industry for over thirty years, working in construction and installation of electrical systems in all phases of the industry. Building a professional reputation for experience, professional skills and qualifications in electrical education. In 1999, he established V.H. Ring Electric where he opened a training center to teach NEC instruction and provided code analysis. Continuing to serve the electrical industry by providing seminars and private workshops, working with a number of state electrical boards.
