Event Schedule & Reporting Rules

All classroom workshop schedules begin with check-in from 7 am-8 am. ID is required for check-in and roster signature for reporting.

The Workshop starts at 8am and is conducted until 4 pm. Break periods will be announced at the beginning of the workshop.

Current Codebook and note-taking material is required for workshops.

Late arrivals are subject to non-reportability. All reporting performed within 24 hours with confirmation email and attendance certificate of workshop.

POWER QUALITY STUDIES AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Description

Workshop presentation in the fundamentals of power assessments, adjustments and monitoring, to provide for an efficient electrically operated system. Workshop uses the articles located within the National Electrical Code to educate electricians in methods considered advanced, yet are follow for use in the code document.

Learning Objectives

  • Participants will learn the fundamentals of power quality assessment and measurement

  • Participants will learn how to use their code book to make assessment and make adjustments to electrical systems.

  • Participants will learn how to calculate recovery energy and development Return on Investment Presentations.

In-Person Registration 

Participants are required to sign on a state specific roster and show a picture id upon entering the workshop. Arriving late and leaving early will result in non-reporting of hours.
