Workshop Description
The classroom setting provided in two; 8 hours; presentations, will cover the fundamentals necessary for conducting a successful Electrical Contracting Business. The presentations will include the business framework and necessary elements for successful operations.
Learning Objectives
Understand the fundamental framework of a contracting business. Understand the operational responsibilities including employee protocols, inventory, and daily tasks. Be provided with the necessary information to plan for growth and development. Cover the necessary laws and regulations which must be incorporated into the conduct of the contracting process, including the NFPA70, 70E, OSHA 29CFR, and any other authority documents which apply within contracting operations. This 16-hour workshop will provide electricians with the ability to have confidence and understanding of how to plan, conduct and develop a successful electrical contracting business.
